Dr. Danielle leighty, Psy.D
Danielle is a Pennsylvania licensed clinical psychologist with certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Co-Occurring Disorders, and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, as well as training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, among many other specializations, including eco-systemic family therapy. Dr. Leighty has worked in the field more than 20 years and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Penn State University, a master’s degree in clinical psychology from West Chester University, and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Argosy University. Dr. Leighty minored in human development and family studies and forensic psychology throughout her education. She has worked in all types of settings including nursing homes, outpatient clinics, residential treatment facilities, in personal homes, and prisons. Dr. Leighty has a passion for Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and has worked with people of all ages with a multitude of issues. Dr. Leighty provides comprehensive psychological assessments along with individual, family, and group therapy. Dr. Leighty is available to provide supervision, consultation, education, and administrative services as well.
Dr. Amanda J. Reese, Ph.D
Amanda J. Reese recently earned a Ph.D in Psychology from Walden University. Additionally, Mrs. Reese received a master’s degree in Psychology from Walden University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Mrs. Reese has also received four inductions into honor societies: psi chi; Golden Key International Honor Society; Honor Society; and The National Society of Leadership and Success (Alpha Sigma Pi). Her doctoral dissertation research focused on how first responders experience the initial chaos immediately following a large-scale disaster. Mrs. Reese has experience working with children as a behavioral specialist and mobile therapist. She has conducted psychological evaluations for BHRS services. She has worked in residential living facilities and has done outpatient therapy. Mrs. Reese loves to give to her community, but her real passion is spending time with her family and her dogs.
